the best file mignon i ever had ,its literally melting your mouth, even our 8 and 10 year old kids asked right away where did i bought this stake,use to buy my stake at wegmans but not anymore, you cant even compare it,literally the best stake

Come here for the jerky!!!These guys & gals can cut just about anything you need I've had them do pork belly into strips that I could skewer for my smoker great customer service awesome products high-quality meat. They also have a nice assortment of spices - meats - cheeses - frozen options and more.

As a meat fanatic, this was everything I hoped for and earned my loyalty. Quality raw meats, beef jerky, seasonings, frozen veggies and seafood/other goods… there’s plenty of products contemplate. The service has always been great and they’ve all been very friendly.

Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. They were so patient with my inexperience with cuts of meat and talked me through the best way to freeze everything. Their meat is always top notch and there is a huge selection.

Loved going there when I lived in Marylan. Fantastic people and employees. I live in AL no so too for to drive. I hope the Great staff is doing great. You will never ever be disappointed. Quality!!!

I have been going to Wagner's for 35 years the first time was to buy a drink. And I was impressed. They butchered the cows right on site. A good friend of mine had his cows butchered there and I started buying a quarter cow from him. I go up there now for the loose sage breakfast sausage and the regular loose sausage. That is the only sausage I will eat

Took way too long and received too little.I ordered a side of beef and only received 56.5% of the hanging weight. For those that don't know, you pay by the pound on the "hanging weight" and the "take home weight" is the amount you get after it's been processed. Their website says the processing loss is on average 28%-30%, and their experience is 35%. My side had a 43.5% loss, on a standard cut.When I ordered my beef, I was told it would take 4 – 6 weeks but it took almost 6 months! When I called to check on my order a couple months after ordering I was told I was #2 on the list. When I called back a month later to get an ETA, I was told I was #8??? When I finally received my order, I was charged more than I was originally quoted. I was told that was because the market changed in the 6 months from the time I placed my order.The people that work there are nice, but if you are ordering a quarter, side, or whole cow do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. I suggest Bullocks in Westminster.

We live in Harford County and drive to this butcher for 90% of the meat we buy. We purchase whole animals from farmers in Howard County who use this butcher. We are pleased with the product and usually buy additional sausages and other cuts when ever we pick up our order. I love their hot Italian, bratwurst, applewurst, sage, and maple sausage. The 3 star rating is mainly because dealing with them when submitting cut sheets is not as user friendly as it should be. The website doesn't have all of the cuts that they actually offer. For example there are various sausage flavors that you can choose but are not listed. You can also order sausage ropes, links, or loose but only two options are listed. With our lambs we have ordered boned and rolled leg but the processing is not consistent from year to year. Sometimes it's a whole roast other times its packaged as a roast but it ended up being boneless chips. If boneless chops are an option I want to see that on the cut sheet because there are times I would prefer that. Also if you don't do a cut sheet then they will cut the animal off a previous cut sheet and my wife and I change the cuts we want from year to year so this is frustrating. Lastly, sometimes I get a call saying my animal is ready and other times we don't. This is an investment which gets you a good quality meat at a cost effective rate but I would like the whole process to be more seamless.
